If you're having trouble launching Microsoft Store, here are some things to try:

  1. Reset the Microsoft Store cache: Press the Windows Logo Key  + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.

Note: A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close and Microsoft Store will open automatically.

  2. Make sure Windows has the latest update.

    Check for Windows Updates

Note: If your Windows 10 version is lower than 15063, you’ll need to update Windows or go to www.microsoft.com/store. To check your Windows version, look here for OS Build.

  3. Check your time and location settings.

    Check for Language/Region
