Select inside the text placeholder, start typing.

For text bullets, place your cursor in the line of text, and on the Home tab, select a bullet style in the Paragraph group.

Insert pictures

Select where you want to insert the picture on the slide.

Select Insert > Pictures and where to find the image: This device, stock images, search on Web, mobile device, or OneDrive.

In the dialog box that opens, browse to the picture that you want to insert, select that picture, and then Insert.

Insert Shapes, Icons, and SmartArt
The Insert tab allows you to add visual appeal to your slides.

Select Insert > Shapes and in the drop-down select the shape.

Select Insert > Icons and in the drop-down select the icon.

Select Insert > SmartArt and in the gallery select the layout for the SmartArt graphic you want.

Insert videos

Select where you want to insert the video on the slide.

Select Insert > Video and in the drop-down select the type of video you are adding.

Select This device, if the video file is on your device.

Select Stock videos if you are selecting a video from the stock video library.

Select Online video if you are linking to an online video.

Select the video you want to add.

Select Insert.
