Schedule an appointment or schedule a meeting with others in Outlook for Mac.

Create a meeting

  1. Select Calendar > Meeting.

  2. Add attendees, a subject, and a location.

  3. Select Scheduling to see when everyone is free, and select a time that works.

  4. Select Appointment to go back and add an agenda to the meeting.

  5. Select Send.

Create an appointment

Schedule an appointment to block off time in your calendar.

  1. Select Calendar > Appointment.

  2. Add a Subject and Location.

  3. Choose the timeframe you want.

  4. Select Save & Close.
