You can use layout options and styles to create visually appealing documents, and take advantage of editing tools like spell check and grammar check to make your docs look polished and professional.

Use Styles
Use Styles to apply a consistent font, font size, font color, and spacing throughout your document.

Select the words, paragraph, list, or table that you want to apply a style to.

Select Home, on the toolbar select the Styles manu, and then select the style you want.

Check spelling
Word for the web automatically checks spelling and misspelled words have a red squiggly underline.

Click the word and review the suggestion.

Select a correction, or select Ignore All.
You can also select Review > Spelling & Grammar to check spelling on the entire document.
