Use Trello with Loop
Introducing Trello integration with Loop
You can now bring Trello boards into Loop for easy and effective collaboration with your colleagues.
Add a Trello board to your Loop page
-
Type / and then select Trello from the Apps menu.
-
Select Proceed and sign in to your Trello account with your Trello credentials if not already signed in.
-
After you've successfully signed in, select Allow to grant Trello read/write access to Loop.
-
Last, choose the board you want to import and select Import.
:
-
You can only import a board with a minimum of 1 card and a maximum of 200 cards.
-
If you encounter difficulties proceeding with the integration, one of the following reasons may be responsible:
-
Optional connected experience is not enabled: To resolve this, try enabling the Optional Connected Experience (OCE) from the privacy settings (accessible through the three-dot menu) on Loop, or reach out to your IT admin.
-
Atlassian admin console is blocking 3P integrations: In this case, it is recommended to contact Atlassian's admin and request approval for the integration. They can make the necessary changes in the admin portal to enable the integration for you.
-
Using an MSA account: Please note that this third-party integration is currently unavailable for Microsoft consumer accounts (users who have Microsoft 365 Personal or Family subscriptions). To proceed with the integration, you will need to log in using an official work or school account.

Turn your Trello board into a Loop component to use in other apps
You can take your Trello board to other Loop supported apps like Outlook and Teams.
-
To do this you need to convert your imported board into a component using the six-dot menu on the left side of the board.
-
After the component is created, you can copy the link to the component (from top right) and paste it in Teams or Outlook.
-
The Trello board in other apps will remain in read-only mode. Changes to the board can only be made from the Loop web app.
-
The data stays updated as per the latest changes on Trello.com for all Loop supported hosts.
: Your use of Trello boards within Microsoft Loop is governed by Atlassian's Terms of Use and Atlassian's privacy policy will apply.
