Use your screen reader to navigate around and between the main views in Microsoft Forms. We have tested it with Narrator and JAWS in Microsoft Edge, but it might work with other screen readers and browsers as long as they follow common accessibility standards and techniques.

Navigate forms and quizzes
You work with forms and quizzes when you create or edit them, or when you respond to the questions in a form or take a quiz.
When you're creating or editing a form or quiz, the form and quiz pages contain the common header row at the top of the screen showing the name of the current quiz or form and the Back button to return to the main page. Below the header row, there's a toolbar that includes buttons for previewing the quiz, adding themes, sharing, and accessing more options.
The content area below the toolbar on both pages is divided into two tabs:

The Questions tab contains the form or quiz title and questions boxes, and the Add question button.

On the Responses tab you can find the replies to the form or quiz, and additional options for reviewing them.
When you're responding to form or quiz questions, only the questions form is shown as a web page in your browser.Â
To cycle through the elements in the form or quiz, press the Tab key or Shift+Tab.
To learn how to navigate to and change the form or quiz settings, refer to Adjust the form or quiz settings.
Navigate submitted responses

To navigate to the responses, open the form or quiz whose responses you want to check. In the form or quiz, press Shift+Tab until you hear "Question tab item," and press the Right arrow key once. You hear: "Responses tab item." Press Enter to select.

To cycle through the main elements on the Responses tab, press the Tab key or Shift+Tab.

To cycle through all elements on the Responses tab in detail with Narrator, switch off scan mode, and then use the SR key+Right and Left arrow keys. With JAWS, use the virtual navigation and the Down and Up arrow keys.
Navigate back to the Microsoft Forms main page

To navigate back to the Microsoft Forms main page from the My forms page, press Shift+Tab key until you hear "Click here to go back," and press Enter.

To navigate back to the Microsoft Forms main page from a quiz or form, press Shift+Tab key until you hear "Go to Forms," and press Enter.
