Keeping projects on schedule and making sure everyone has the latest information can be challenging when people work in different locations and projects move quickly. You need an easy way to make documents easily accessible, discuss and share information, and track project timelines.

Simplify how you manage projects with Microsoft Teams. Create channels for new projects and invite team members so they have all the information they need and can work together in real time in just one place. Use the Files tab to store and manage documents. Use chat and audio or video calling to work through issues quickly. Add a tab for Project to easily assign and manage tasks and track timelines and responsibilities. Team members can also log billable hours and track work on timesheets without leaving Teams.

When a project deliverable is falling behind, you can send a private message to the team member to see where they need help. When you need a task approved, use @mentions to let managers know you need their feedback. You can also use @general mention to alert the entire team with project updates or changes. With the Teams mobile app, the entire team has access to conversations and documents anytime, anywhere.
