Create, merge, and group objects on a slide
In PowerPoint, group objects together so you can move or format them at the same time. Or ungroup the objects so you can change parts individually.
Group objects

Press and hold Ctrl while you select each object.

Select Format >Group > Group.

Format or move the grouped object however you want.
Ungroup objects

Select a grouped object.

Select Format >Group > Ungroup.
