Use the link below to send us a description of the issue you’re experiencing with Microsoft To Do.
In your report, please include the following:

The name and model of the computer or mobile device you’re using

The version of your operating system

The name and version of your browser

The version of Microsoft To Do you’re using

– On Windows, click Settings, and then look under About.

– On macOS, click To Do > About To Do on the menu bar.

– On the web, click Settings > To Do Settings, and then look under About.

– On Android, tap the profile icon on the top, then Settings, scroll down to the Help & feedback section and tap on Get Support.

– On iOS, tap the profile icon on the top, scroll down to the Help & feedback section and tap on Get Support.

When contacting support, please also include your session and user ID in your report.

Windows:
Click Settings, and then click Copy Session and User ID. -
macOS:
Click Help on the menu bar, and then click Copy Session and User ID. -
Web:
Click Settings > To Do Settings > Copy Session and User ID. -
Android:
Go to Settings > Copy Session and User ID. -
iOS:
Go to Settings > Copy Session and User ID.
