Get started now

1. Download Teams for your iOS or Android device.

2. Open Teams mobile.

3. Tap More (...) from the bottom right corner, then select Viva Learning.

Views

The Home and My Learning tabs at the top of the app provide two ways to view your Viva Learning content.

• The Home view has a snapshot of your learning tasks. You can also discover trending courses, browse, and search for learnings here.

• The My Learning view is your personalized window to track learning activities, see assigned learning from your connected LMS, check recently viewed and recommended content, and stay in control of your learning journey.

Open an assignment

To open a course assigned to you, follow these steps:

1.    Select the My Learning tab and then select Assigned to you.
2.    Choose from Overdue or Upcoming courses.
3.    Watch your selected course in the app now or click the Bookmark icon to watch later.

Assignments can also be opened from the Activity feed in Teams. You will get a notification when you receive a new assignment or a due date is approaching. 

Search for Learning

Search for content from all the learning libraries connected to Viva Learning. You can filter by interest, provider, or duration to find the right content quickly and easily. 

Share learning in chat

Recommend and share learnings right inside the Teams chat.

1.    Select the + button, open Viva Learning, and search a course.
2.    Select the learning content you want share.
3.    Add an optional message or @mention people to provide context. 

The course will be added in your Teams message to your coworkers.
 

View Team Learning tab

You can view and open pinned content in your Team Learning tab. This allows you to organize specific content that's relevant to your team or project in a channel or chat.
