In Skype for Business, your photo is the same one as your Microsoft 365 profile picture.
This means your photo here shows up in other Office programs you use, like Outlook.
To add or change your photo, click your picture in the main window,
or click the avatar if you don't have one set.
The Options box opens in the My Picture section. Click the Edit or Remove Picture button.
This will launch your My account page in your Microsoft 365 account.
Click the Upload photo link, and then browse to the picture you want to use. Any size and resolution is fine.
Select the file you want, and then click Save.
Now, your contacts can see your beautiful face.
Maybe you want to hide your photo. Or hide everyone else's.
In the main window, click your picture. Next, click Hide my picture and click OK. Your picture is hidden.
To hide everyone else's photos—so you can focus more on the text—select Personal.
Under Show pictures, uncheck Show pictures of contacts. And click OK.
The photos are hidden. But for now, let's keep everyone's faces visible.
Looking good! Now you're ready to put your best face forward on Skype for Business.
