Join Teams Insider

Open the Teams app on your mobile device. Make sure you're signed in to your personal account.

Tap your profile picture in the top corner, then tap Settings.

Tap Teams Insider program.

Tap Join to join the Teams Insider program.

You'll need to close and restart the app to start using Teams Insider. Select Close app then reopen Teams.
Note: If you don't have the features available for Teams insiders, you might need to close and restart the Teams app again.

Join Teams Insider

Open Microsoft Teams (free).

Go to Settings and more at the top right of the screen > Teams Insider program

Select Join.

You'll need to close and restart Teams to start using Teams Insider. Select the "X" at the top rightmost of the screen and close Teams, then reopen it.
