After a Teams meeting, the whiteboard will be available to all participants who are in your organization. The file can be found in the meeting chat in a tab labeled Whiteboard. This allows you to continue working iteratively on a project or re-use the whiteboard in future meetings.
Note: Participants from outside of your organization cannot access the whiteboard after the meeting ends.
If a Teams meeting is recorded, will it include Whiteboard as part of the recording?
If you share a whiteboard during a Teams meeting that is being recorded, it will not be part of the recording. We will provide information to customers when this becomes available.
