Summary

This update makes improvements to Setup binaries or any files that Setup uses for feature updates in Windows 11, version 22H2.

This update adds functionality for users who have enrolled in the Windows Hello Face and Fingerprint feature a consent page whether they want to keep storing biometric data or to open Settings to delete the data. This functionality occurs if the user has not used their biometric data for authentication in more than 365 days or if they upgraded to Windows 11, version 21H2 or 22H2 and have not yet seen the new Hello Learn More Privacy text.
