The type of support Microsoft provides for Clipchamp depends on the product version you're using.
Clipchamp for personal accounts
In Clipchamp's personal version, which is the one you're using with a personal or family Microsoft account, you can request help through the chat widget in the bottom right-hand corner after logging into Clipchamp. The widget will appear in the Clipchamp Windows app or if you go to https://app.clipchamp.com in Edge or Chrome.
Chat
Access the chat widget in the editor interface at app.clipchamp.com through the help icon. When you click on it, a messenger window will open. When you start a chat session, one of our support team members will respond and assist with your inquiry.
If the chat widget doesn't get shown in Clipchamp, please check your browser privacy settings - if you have any privacy extensions installed, make sure to whitelist clipchamp.com and app.clipchamp.com, then reload the page afterward.
Office hours, response times
At certain times of the day or on weekends and depending on overall ticket volumes, it can take some time for us to get to your message. This is due to time zone differences and our office hours. Our apologies if your inquiry is affected by this.
Clipchamp for work accounts
In Clipchamp's work version, which is the one you're accessing with a work account that is associated with a Microsoft 365 business subscription, your IT team has the option to reach out to Microsoft support for business subscriptions and request help for Clipchamp on behalf of users in their organization.
Therefore, please contact your IT team if you need help. In addition, the issue you're encountering and suggested solutions might be covered in Clipchamp support articles.
