ISSUE
: This issue only applies to Japanese, Korean, and Chinese versions of Outlook.
In Outlook, the date input box of the End by field is not displayed in the Appointment Recurrence dialog box. This prevents you from directly typing in the end by date.
STATUS: FIXED
This issue has been fixed in build 16.0.12716.10000 and newer. Visit Install Office updates and follow the instructions to get the latest updates for Microsoft Office.
WORKAROUND
To set the end by date, you can use one of the following workaroundS:

Select a calendar from the pull-down menu.

Specify an occurrence that depends on the end by date.

Change the display language of Outlook to English from the Language tab of the Outlook Options dialog box. After that, you can set the end by date.
