Answers in Viva: Introduction
Answers in Viva is a new, conversational experience for people in large organizations to learn from each other by asking and answering questions. Natural language processing helps match questions with any existing or crowdsourced answers and the experience rewards people who contribute back to Answers.
Answers can help employees get their questions answered, connect with other subject matter experts, and increase their overall learning.
Note: Answers in Viva requires that users are assigned the Viva Engage Knowledge Service Plan, which is bundled into the Microsoft Viva Suite, and Viva Employee Communications and Communities. Learn more about licensing here.

Begin your Answers experience by selecting the Answers tab or the Communities tab in the Viva Engage Teams app.
