Important: The Payments app will be retired on November 30th. Thank you for participating in the app preview. We'll use what we learned from the app preview to inform future payments offerings in Teams. Please make sure that you disconnect the app from your payment providers before this date.

Note: The Payments app is only supported for businesses registered in the United States and Canada at this time.

You'll navigate to the accounts you've connected to the Payments app to view all payment activity.  

1. Open Payments.

2. Go to Your services.

Your services area of Payments

3. Select Open for the service you want.

4. Sign in to the service and check if the payments made in Teams meetings have cleared in your account.

Note: Transactions are processed by each service, not Microsoft. Please contact the service directly if you have any questions about your account.
