ISSUE

When you add a Gmail account to Outlook you are prompted to Allow or Deny Microsoft Apps & Services.  When you go to choose the Allow button, it's greyed out and not possible to proceed.

FIXED

This issue is fixed in Version 2003 Build 12624.20382.

WORKAROUND

Until you are able to update to the fixed build, please use the following workarounds.

1.  Reboot your machine - In most cases the issue clears up after restarting your machine and launching Outlook again and adding your Gmail account.

2.  Switch your default browser and then add the Gmail account to Outlook - For example, if you are using Internet Explorer temporarily switch your browser to Edge or Chrome.  Or if you are using Edge switch your browser to Internet Explorer or Chrome.  After you add the Gmail account to Outlook, set the default browser back to your preferred setting.  Go to Change your default browser in Windows 10 for more information for changing your default browser settings.
