ISSUE

Starting in April 2024, Dismiss All and Dismiss options are no longer available in the Notifications pane for mentions, reactions, and other actions. The Outlook Team removed the Dismiss All button and the Dismiss button for each card, so notification cards can no longer be deleted. Notifications can be filtered out through the new Filter control at the top of the Notification pane or in the Notification Settings page.
