ISSUE

When a delegate with automapping and full access permissions try to search in a Shared Mailbox using “Current Folder” as the search scope, the following message will be shown “Showing results from all folders. No results found in current folder”.

The search result will retrieve results from all mailboxes, including the ones in the current folder.

STATUS: FIXED

The Outlook Team made a change from the service on 1/23/2024 to address the issue. If you don’t immediately see the issue resolved, please restart Outlook to pick up the change.

WORKAROUND

While the issue is under investigation, as a workaround users can Configure a Shared Mailbox as an Exchange Account.
