Select More () and hover over Record and transcribe.

Select Start recording. Teams notifies attendees that recording has begun.

To stop recording, repeat above and choose Stop recording. If you restart a recording, separate recording files are created.

If you forget to stop recording, it's automatically saved when the meeting ends.
Teams records audio, video, and any screen sharing. Transcripts are also created by default.
Saved recordings appear in the meeting chat or channel conversation. For more info, see Find a meeting recording.
These steps also work for a video or audio call initiated from Chat.
Tip: Select Record automatically when scheduling a meeting.
