ISSUE
The Outlook Today page is blank for users on Azure Active Directory joined machines. This does not occur for users on Domain joined machines. This issue started with Windows 10 Build 19043.1263 (21H1) and higher versions, including Windows 11.
STATUS: FIXED
The Windows Team has implemented a Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC) policy that will work in upcoming Windows updates to enable Outlook Today to work on Azure Active Directory joined machines.
To enable Outlook Today, Administrators need to add the following to their WDAC policy:
<Setting Provider="AllHostIds" Key="{0468C085-CA5B-11D0-AF08-00609797F0E0}" ValueName="EnterpriseDefinedClsId">
<Value>
<Boolean>true</Boolean>
</Value>
</Setting>
