ISSUE

Outlook 2016 may crash when you click the Create Rule button. This only occurs with Outlook 2016 on the Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel.

The Event Viewer Application Log Event 1000 crash event will have details similar to the following:

Faulting application name: OUTLOOK.EXE, version: 16.0.10730.20280, time stamp: 0x5c5cd27d Faulting module name: OUTLOOK.EXE, version: 16.0.10730.20280, time stamp: 0x5c5cd27d Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x00190b2e Faulting process id: 0x203c

STATUS:  FIXED

This issue is fixed in Version 1808 (Build 10730.20334) that released to Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel on April 9th 2019.  See the Update History page for release status.
