If you can't sign in

To protect your account, the Outlook.com team won't be able to help if you're having problems signing in. Use the Microsoft account sign-in helper to get back into your account.Get help signing in

To see self-help answers, or to get support via email, Select Help from the top menu thenHelp.Open the Help pane

  1. Enter your question or issue in the Search Help box on the right, and then press Return.

  2. If the self-help answers don't resolve your issue, try a different search, or scroll to the bottom of the Help pane and, under Still need help?, select Yes.

    If you've clicked a link to one of our articles, you may need to select the back arrow in the Help pane to see the Still need help? option.

If your mailbox is full, we won't be able to reply to your request.

To contact support for Outlook for iOS or Outlook for Android issues, please contact the mobile in-app support:

  1. Tap the Circle icon in the top left of the app.

  2. Tap the ? in the bottom left of the app.

  3. Select Contact Outlook Mobile Support
