ISSUE
When launching a hosted application such as ToDo, Yammer, or Bookings from the left menu in Outlook, you may see this error:
We can't open the Teams App right now. Please try again later
This issue only affects Beta Channel Version 2111 (Build 14530.20000) and newer.
STATUS: WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, please close Outlook and follow these steps:

Navigate to the following directory:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\wef\webview2 -
Rename webview2 to webview2.old
Alternatively, the cached files in the webview2 directory can be deleted. -
Start Outlook and re-launch the hosted application
