Find and manage whiteboards in OneDrive
If you have a commercial Whiteboard account, you can find all whiteboards that you own in your OneDrive. These files can be found in the Whiteboards folder. You can move whiteboard files or create new subfolders in the same way as other OneDrive files.
Moving a whiteboard to a new location
-
Open office.com and in the app launcher, select OneDrive.
-
In the left-hand navigation pane, select My Files.
-
Open the folder called Whiteboards.
-
In the list of files, select the file and click Move To.
This allows you to move a whiteboard to another OneDrive for Business folder or to a SharePoint site.
Note: when a Whiteboard file is moved, the permissions of the board may change. We suggest re-sharing with the appropriate audiences after you have moved the file.
