The DocProperty field inserts the indicated document information that’s currently entered in the Properties dialog box. To view the Properties dialog box, click the File tab, click Info, click Properties (below the document preview on the right side), and then click Advanced Properties.
Syntax
When you view the DocProperty field code in your document, the syntax looks like this:
{ DOCPROPERTY "Name" }
Note: A field codetells Word what to insert or provide to the document after determining the value of the field code, such as the current date or the number of pages. Usually, the resulting value is simply displayed as part of the document. You can toggle between viewing the result or viewing the field code by pressing Alt+F9 on Windows or fn+Option+F9 on Mac.

To select a property, click the property name in the Property box in the Field dialog box. To view the Field dialog box, on the Insert tab, in the Text group, click Quick Parts, and then click Field.

Contact: is the text that precedes the field result.

DOCPROPERTY is the field name.

Manager is the text for the required instruction ("Name").
