To change your profile photo:

  1. In Outlook, select File to see your Account Information page.

  2. Select Change under your current photo.

Note: If you don’t see the Change link, it may be because some information, such as your name, photo, or title, is collected from systems that your IT or human resources department control. If you want to update those details, contact your administrator. If you need help finding your administrator, see How do I find out who my admin is?

  3. You will be taken to Outlook in a web browser. You may be prompted to sign in to your account again. In the browser window, select your profile picture in the top corner, then select your profile picture again.

  4. In the Change photo window, select Change photo. Browse to the photo you would like to use and select Open.

Tip: Outlook can use image file formats such as .jpg, .png, .gif, .bmp, or .tif, etc.

  5. You can resize, zoom, or rotate your photo. When you are done, select Save. It can take up to 48 hours for the new photo to appear.
