Call a Lync contact
To call a contact who is on Lync, tap Contacts, find the person in your Contacts list or type the person’s name in the search box. When you find the contact, tap their name, then tap Lync Call or tap the Phone icon. This calls the person on Lync.

Add someone to a Lync call
From the call screen, tap the More icon (upper-right corner of the screen), then tap Invite. Find the person in your Contacts list or via the search box, tap their name, then tap Lync Call or tap the Phone icon. Lync will call the person and try to add them to the conversation.
Transfer a call
From the call screen, tap the More icon (upper-right corner of the screen), then tap Transfer. Find the person in your Contacts list or via the search box, tap their name, then tap Lync Call or tap the Phone icon. Lync will try to transfer the call to them.
